At Creative Aging, we focus on providing as many Arts Experiences as possible to our members. We have a small energetic staff and an engaged board who collaborate to ensure we carry out our mission.

Bev Ross has over 25 years’ experience working with the aging population. She became Creative Aging Cincinnati’s Executive Director in 2007. Prior to her time with Creative Aging, she graduated from Northern Kentucky University with a bachelors in Mental Health and Human Services. She worked 10 years as the Activity Director for Eldermount Adult Day Program, now Bayley Adult Day. During her time at Bayley she obtained her Activity Director Certification. In addition, she continued her education at what is now Mt. St. Joseph University and became certified in Recreation Therapy.

In 2019, Bev was awarded the Association for Professionals in Aging’s “Outstanding Service Provider” Award. Bev has a passion for working with the senior population and takes pride in her work with Creative Aging Cincinnati, which allows her to make a positive impact in the lives of seniors throughout Greater Cincinnati.

Lisa Legters began as Program Director for Creative Aging Cincinnati in 2014.  Her prior experiences in the field of aging include Maple Knoll Village, TriHealth SeniorLink and Eldermount Adult Day Program, now Bayley Adult Day.  Lisa has an undergraduate degree in Psychology with a minor in Gerontology from Miami University. While working at Eldermount, she also pursued a Masters in Gerontological studies with a focus on Program Administration at Miami.  Lisa strives to make connections between the artists and facilities who collaborate together to offer exceptional arts and humanities programming to the seniors served by Creative Aging.
